Hans Koeppen,
General Manager.
Hans Koeppen has founded POM Financial Competence in 2011 after working 19 years in banking. His experience in finance ranges from project finance (energy projects, roads, airports etc.) and corporate lending to real estate finance and leveraged buy-outs.
As he spent most of his career in Poland, he is familiar with the legal framework for business and finance and has a vast network of dense net of contacts in banking, investors, and institutions.As a member of the supervisory board of the firm Corporate Bonds Sp z oo, he is also active in the arrangement and placement of all types of bonds.
Mr. Koeppen holds a Masters degree in Economics from Freie Universitaet Berlin, and has finished the post-graduate program of DIE, the German think tank for developing economies.
He also is an insurance expert, licensed by the Polish Commision for Financial Supervision (KNF).
Monika Zamęcka,
Project Manager.
Monika Zamęcka is project manager POM Financial Competence, in this function independently maintaining current contact with banks, investors and developers, supporting all transactions leadingto closure.
Mrs. Zamęcka’s past assignments included the financing of public institutions and public tendering / procurement. She is also a highly experienced specialist in customer care.She graduated from Warsaw University with a master's degree in psychology.
She is also an insurance expert, licensed by the Polish Commision for Financial Supervision (KNF).
